Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Autiliate (the "Service"), a website service created and operated by Vibe SEO ("Vibe SEO", "we", "us") at autiliate.com. Your agreement is with Vibe SEO. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Autiliate is a software platform that helps you research affiliate offers, and build, host, and track affiliate marketing websites. Sites built through the Service carry your affiliate identifiers; commissions earned by those sites are paid to you directly by the relevant affiliate network (for example ClickBank or Digistore24), not by us. We never hold or process your affiliate earnings.

2. Fees and billing

Signup fee: a one-time fee of $199, charged when you create your account. Your account is not active until this payment completes.
Subscription: $19.95 per month, billed in advance, starting at signup.
Pass-through costs: all third-party costs incurred to acquire and host resources on your behalf — most notably domain name registrations and renewals — are passed along to you at cost and charged to your saved payment method at the time they are incurred. You will always see the price before a build spends money, and your own monthly spend cap (configurable in your dashboard) limits what can be charged.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including the signup fee and charges for domains that were successfully registered for you. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Billing → Cancel membership in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. After cancellation, the Service stops building and maintaining sites for you; domains registered on your behalf remain yours (see Section 5), and no further charges are made.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for your own affiliate network accounts and for complying with the terms of those networks.
You are responsible for the legality of the offers you choose to promote and for any tax obligations on your affiliate earnings.
You may not use the Service to promote illegal products, deceptive schemes, or content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Domains and site content

Domain names purchased through the Service are registered through our registrar account on your behalf and are paid for by you. While your membership is active we manage them for you (DNS, hosting, renewal billing). If you cancel, or on written request at any time, we will cooperate in good faith to transfer any domain you paid for to your own registrar account. Site content generated for you through the Service is yours to use.

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used for spam, deceptive practices, or inappropriate, unlawful, or abusive content, or that otherwise violate these Terms — at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Where reasonably possible we will give you an opportunity to export your data and transfer your domains.

7. No guarantee of results

Affiliate marketing outcomes depend on factors outside anyone's control, including search engines, affiliate networks, and market demand. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, rankings, clicks, commissions, or earnings. Nothing in the Service is financial advice. Any examples or statistics shown are illustrations, not promises.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (domain registrars, hosting and CDN providers, affiliate networks, payment processors, search engine tools, AI content providers). We are not responsible for their availability or decisions, including an affiliate network's decision to withhold commissions or a search engine's ranking decisions.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, the offers you promote, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vibe SEO is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Vibe SEO regarding the Service.
